ECN opens theft case against employee

The Electoral Commission of Namibia's (ECN) Chief Electoral and Referenda Officer, Theo Mujoro has confirmed to NBC News that the electoral body has launched a case of theft against its employee.
Mujoro says one Milton Louw, an employee of ECN, was found in possession of five laptop computers belonging to ECN.
Mujoro could not give further details except that when he was informed by police, he instantly opened a case of theft of government property.
Mujoro also confirmed that two control units forming part of the EVMs that went missing allegedly "fallen off a trailer" was found in Havana in Windhoek and police investigations continue.
