Namibia Digital Terrestrial Television Policy

In terms of subsection (4) of section 7 of the Communications Act, 2009 (Act No. 8 of 2009) I, after mconsultation with the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia under subsection (2) of that section, publish the policy guidelines, which I issued to the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia in terms of subsection (1) of that section, as set out in Annexure 1 and Annexure 2.
